This listing features a highly collectible vintage Navajo ring made of sterling silver and natural turquoise. It features an elongated face made with a thick bed of silver that slightly curves to hug the finger, making for a comfortable fit. A large turquoise stone rests at the center surrounded by twisted rope, with a row of snake eye stones following. The stones are in good condition free from cracks or chips as they sit inside straight bezels. All of the stones look to be original and completely natural with no stabilization. A few of the smaller stones are loose inside their bezels and would need to be secured, professionally, if you wanted to actually wear this ring. Due to the older age and delicate nature of the natural stones, I would not recommend this ring for everyday wear…. Its an antique and more of a conversation/display piece…. Truly a must have for any avid collector of authentic vintage Native American jewelry. The carinated shank (something you dont see often, completely hand made) is thick and wide before splitting into three thinner shanks at each side. The handcrafted band is very sturdy and in perfect round wearable shape. This vintage ring will make a great addition to any Native American jewelry collection.
