HUGE LONG Vintage Navajo Sterling Silver Kingman Turquoise Coral Ring VERY RARE
This listing features a vintage Navajo ring, handcrafted from Sterling Silver, Kingman Turquoise, Coral, and Petrified Walrus Tooth. NOTE: Make sure to view all 23 photos. Last 5 photos show ring being worn on a medium/large hand. Handcrafted in the later-mid century by an unidentified Artist, this ring features a unique design at a high level of craftsmanship. The ring features a long face adorned with 3 high grade gem stones. The turquoise is deep blue with tight black webbing and undeniably from the Kingman mine. The coral is bright red with natural pitting and a satin finish. The third stone is actually made up of three inlays and appears to be petrified walrus tooth.. Super rare and unusual!!! It has beautiful tan color hues with dark matrix like veining. The stones are in excellent condition and rest securely in their bezels over a thick bed of silver. Silver droplets accompany the stones while the turquoise is surrounded by dark oxidized silver. The ring is thick, sturdy, and in excellent vintage condition. The back of the ring has a triple fused shank that splits before meeting the back of the face. It’s a solid band, in perfect round shape. A thunderbird picto hallmark is deeply stamped however, there is no sterling stamp. The silver has been tested and proves to be sterling. Handcrafted in the later mid century by Melvin Thompson, this ring features a classic Navajo design at a high level of craftsmanship. The ring features a 2″ long by 1″ wide face adorned with Morneci Turquoise. The stones portray green and blue color hues with natural matrixes and shiny specks of gold pyrite. The stones are in excellent condition and rest securely in their bezels over a thick bed of silver. Twisted rope surrounds the stones followed by intricate silver works including detailed leaf appliqués, droplets, silver curls, and a flower. The ring is thick, sturdy, and in excellent vintage condition. The back of the ring has a double fused shank that splits before meeting the back of the face. It’s a solid band, in perfect round shape. A signature is stamped on one end in the form of initials reading MT for Navajo Artist Melvin Thompson. There is no sterling stamp which is common for the era however, the silver has been tested and proves to be sterling. This listing features a vintage Navajo ring, handcrafted from Sterling Silver and natural Turquoise. This vintage ring features a long ring face adorning two beautiful Turquoise stones. The stones are in excellent condition and sit securely while bulging up and out of their bezels. Twisted rope surrounds each stone before a figure 8 border travels around having deep stampings and droplets at each end. The design is somewhat simple so all the attention is drawn to the two stones. The stones portray light pastel greens, along with areas of blue along the edges. Subtle matrixes are spotted throughout while they both have a satin polished finish. They are very unique stones. The back of the ring face carries an all handcrafted split shank. The band is solid and in perfect round wearable shape. There is no sterling stamp or signature which is common for the era however, the silver has been tested and proves to be sterling silver. This listing features a vintage Navajo ring handcrafted from Sterling Silver and Natural Royston Turquoise. Handcrafted during the mid century by an unknown Navajo Artist, this vintage ring features an oval face adorning an untreated Royston stone. The stone portrays dense color qualities of rich blue-greens with heavy orangish too black matrixes and sits securely in a straight bezel followed by twisted rope. The stone looks to be completely natural and untreated with a satin polished finish and is in excellent condition. The ring sits nearly 1/2 high on the finger having a deeply carved out design traveling around the stone and down the sides. I can’t remember the name of this technique but it’s hard to find and resembles tree bark. The design is very unique giving off an organic look with incredible texture and dimension. At bottom center the shank is smooth and wide. It’s a very sturdy shank in perfect round shape. Truly a beautifully ALL HAND-crafted piece. There is no signature or sterling mark which is common of the era however, the silver has been tested and proves to be sterling. This listing features a very unusual vintage Navajo ring, handcrafted with Sterling Silver and Natural Blue Diamond Turquoise. Handcrafted in the early mid century by an unknown Navajo Artist, this vintage ring features an untreated Blue Diamond Turquoise stone. The stone is set in a deep bezel with a silver leaf appliqué creating a unique design. The leaf wraps around one side of the stone within the bezel while followed by unusual silver works along the edge of face. It’s a hearty piece at over 20 grams and in good vintage condition. The back of the ring has a thick single shank that was clearly all handcrafted. The band has a smooth high polished finish before meeting the face and is in perfect round condition. There is no signature or sterling stamp, which is very common of this era, however the silver has been tested and proves to be sterling. A very unique Navajo ring with a beautiful old stone. Huge Navajo Sterling Silver High Grade Persian Turquoise Ring INCREDIBLE
This listing features a large Navajo ring handcrafted with Sterling Silver and High Grade Persian Turquoise. This incredible ring was recently handcrafted in New Mexico by Navajo Artist, G. It features a gorgeous high grade Persian stone surrounded by classic silver works all over a quadruple split shank. The stone is absolutely incredible!! Light blue color hues rest below a beautiful display of shimmery silver matrixes with a high polished finish. The stone sits secure in a finely etched sawtooth bezel surrounded by deeply inset twisted rope, followed by a raised sawed border. The quadruple split shank is thick, solid, and in perfect round shape. A sterling stamp resides on the back of the face along with the Artist’s inscribed initials, GM. This ring boasts one of the most beautiful and unique stones we’ve ever seen. It is sure to be a new favorite amongst any collection of fine Native American jewelry. Enjoy this Navajo ring before handing it down to a loved one in the future. Size – Sits between a 7.25 and 7.5 on a ring mandrel. Weight – 21.5 Grams. Ring Face Measurements – The ring face measures just under 1-7/8″ (1-13/16″) long by just under 1″ wide and sits on top of the finger at 3/8″ high. Stone Measurements – The stone measures 1-7/16″ long by 5/8″ wide. Shank Measurements – At bottom center the shank measures just under 3/16 wide.
