This listing features a vintage ring, handcrafted by Navajo Artist Raymond Gasper. The ring is made of solid Sterling Silver and Gem Grade Turquoise. Weight – 15 Grams. Ring Face Measurements – Just over 1-1/2″ long by just under 1″ wide. Stone Measurements – Largest stone measures 5/8″ long by 3/8″ wide, smaller stone measures 1/2″ long by 7/16″ wide. Shank Measurements – The band/shank has a width of 1/4 before splitting apart. When meeting the back of the face the 3 shanks have a spread measuring just under 1 wide. Signed by Artist – Yes, signed on the back of the ring face with initials RG for Navajo Artist; Raymond Gasper. Stamped Sterling – Yes, tested and verified. 925 sterling silver guaranteed. Later-Mid Century, 1970’s+. Condition – Preowned, in good vintage condition with original stones and naturally aged patina, ready to wear or display. Handcrafted in the later-mid century by Navajo Artist Raymond Gasper, this Navajo ring features a square ring face and two square turquoise stones. The stones rest in finely etched square tooth bezels which are rarely seen. The stones portray bright pastel color hues of blue green along with heavy spiderwebbed matrixes. The stones look to be completely natural with no stabilizers and have natural pitting and a rough texture over the matrix. A stamped border surrounds the two stones along with silver droplets and raised silver works to the East and West. The back of the ring face carries a triple shank band that’s hearty, solid, and in perfect round wearable shape. A sterling stamp is visible on the back of the ring as well as the Artists signature of two initials “RG”. A beautifully crafted ring with a bold design, sure to attract attention, and perfect for today’s trending bohemian styles. This ring is waiting to be enjoyed for now….
