This listing is for a vintage Navajo cuff bracelet made of sterling silver, turquoise, and coral. This handcrafted Navajo piece has a unique and rare design using a natural unstabalized turquoise stone and highly polished coral stones. A heavier gauge, triple silver shank makes up the cuff with classic hand stampings and squared off ends. Smooth comfort tips were applied to each end for an easy application to the wrist. This piece was designed to have somewhat of a simple shank, making sure most of the attention was directed towards the face. The center stone is a large 4 sided slab of natural turquoise set in a straight edge bezel. The stone has heavy texturized matrixes with blue and green color hues peeking through. On each side of the turquoise, coral stones also rest in straight bezels. They have a smooth high polished finish and a unique long and thin shape. Large silver droplets rest at the north and south ends of each coral, as well as each outer edge, for a total of 6 droplets. Weighing in at nearly 80 grams, this is a solid and sturdy made piece. Its larger and wider than most pieces but has a dainty feminine look to it. A very well made piece with beautiful contrasting stones over clean silver work. This listing is for a vintage Navajo cuff bracelet made of sterling silver, turquoise, and coral. This handcrafted Navajo piece has a unique and rare design using clusters of highly polished stones pressed into a thick bed of dark pyrite. The matching ring is listed separately. A heavier gauge silver makes up the cuff as an open framed shank with squared off ends. It was designed to be a simple clean shank, making sure all the attention was directed towards the three beds of stones. Weighing in at over 73 grams, its a solid and sturdy made piece. The three oval beds resting over the front have raised rounded silver edges creating a large bezel. A dark form of pyrite resides inside the three large bezels creating a pillow for the stones. A coral stone sits at the center of each bed and is surrounded with several clusters of turquoise stones. The turquoise stones have bright color hues of greens and blues with dark spiderwebbed matrix while the corals portray a solid opaque red. Each stone is in mint condition with no cracks or inclusions and they are secure within the pyrite. Its larger and wider than most pieces but has a dainty look and feel to it. The back of the cuff is stamped with a sterling mark and the Artists picto signature. A very well made piece with beautiful contrasting stones over pyrite and clean simple silver work.
