The pendant measures 3 1/2″ tall including the bail and 2 1/4″ wide at the widest point. The big barrel beads measure almost 1″ tall and 5/8″ wide. The necklace is 26 length. Tested positive for Sterling Silver. Hand signed “Jonathan Nez” by the Navajo silversmith. This is a substantial expertly handcrafted piece of wearing art. It is absolutely beautiful in person. You will not be disappointed. Coming from a family of silversmiths, Jonathan is the younger brother of the renowned jewelry artist, Leonard Nez, who was a mentor to Jonathan for many years. An accomplished designer now in his own right, Jonathan specializes in making bracelets and works with heavy-gauge sterling silver, adding deep-set stamping to create his distinctive pieces. Combining both the traditional Navajo stamp work in his pieces along with horizontal or vertical lines, Jonathan jewelry line is a is both classic and modern. The necklace features sterling silver bench made beads, silver flutes set with different types of turquoise stones & silver feather appliques. The necklace has broke on one side. All of the beads are included inside a bag for re-stringing. The necklace is currently at 23 1/2 long, but will be longer with the beads restrung. The naja measures 2 5/8″ wide x 2 1/2″ tall.
