MASSIVE Navajo Sterling Silver Turquoise Cobblestone Cuff Bracelet 200 Grams WOW

This listing is for vintage Navajo cuff bracelet made of several stones and sterling silver. PLEASE read entire description from top to bottom. I try to go above and beyond when describing pieces of this nature and value. Please pay close attention to measurements, especially with cuff bracelets… The last thing both of us need is to have to deal with a return. So kick back, dont be in a hurry, and take 5 minutes to process all the information below. Where should I begin? ! ? ! ? ! ? This bracelet is by far the craziest, largest and heaviest piece we have collected over the last 3 years. It is mind blowing! The shank is simple, but very solid and heavy, being made of solid sterling silver. It has a width of nearly 2-1/4 while the depth/thickness of the shank is incredible at just over 1/4. I dont normally do this but, to put this piece into perspective I did a little math equation. The front of the cuff has a total surface area of 14 square inches. Of the 14 square inches, 5 are plain silver, while the remaining 9 are covered in huge bulging stones. So 9 square inches of pure organic beauty and color is what we have here! The stones used for this piece consist of Turquoise, Black Onyx, Mediterranean Coral, and two white stones that Im unfamiliar with. Each stone butts up to another stone in a cobblestone fashion creating a large rectangular display, that covers nearly 70% of the entire cuff. They have incredible mass and are cut into geometric shapes. Of all the stones used, the turquoise covers the majority of the 9 square inches. The colors and matrixes are phenomenal, not to mention the textures! The stones have been cut and polished but the Artist left the nooks and crannies of the turquoise alone to give a raw and organic look. The coral pieces are long and thin creating two V shaped coral areas over the front of the cuff. They have very nice red color with matrixes running through some. The Onyx pieces are very smooth and shiny like a mirror. They are very geometric in shape with three out of the four being triangular. In the photos my finger prints are showing on some of the onyx stones. Please note: my finger prints arent permanent. Lastly, the two mysterious white stones…. I have seen stones like this before in Navajo pieces, just not 100% on what they are called. The white stones have a very opaque off white color hue. They contrast nicely with all the other bold colors. I have searched for glue between the stones crevices and I havent been able to find any. Normally glue is visible in pieces of this nature but, not on this piece. It was very well made and very solid with no give what so ever!! I have taken photos from every angle possible to show the greatness of this bracelet. This is not a piece that should be worn daily. This would be a great addition to a Native American collection, a fantastic display piece, and of course on special occasions – You would wear the hell out of it. Cherish and enjoy this gorgeous tangible asset for now….. And like I alway say…. Hand it down to your loved ones in the future so they may have the same enjoyment as you once did! Width of Cuff Measures – 2-3/16. Inlay Section measures – 4-5/8 long by 2-1/8 wide. Total number of stones used – 19 Total. Turquoise – 6 stones. Coral – 7 stones. Black Onyx – 4 stones. White stones – 2 stones. Largest Turquoise stone measures – 1-15/16 long by 1 wide. Largest Coral stone measures – 1-1/8 long by 1/2 wide. Largest Onyx stone measures – 1-3/8 long by 5/8 wide. Largest White stone measures – 1-1/4 long by 3/16 wide. Stones sit on top off the cuff – up to 3/8 high. Signed By Artist – NO. Stamped Sterling – NO, tested and verified. CALVIN MARTINEZ Vintage Navajo Coral Cuff Bracelet 114 Grams RARE

T his listing features an extremely important and valuable cuff bracelet made by one of the most famous Navajo Artists of all time. This heavy gauge red coral cuff was made by the esteemed, and highly valued Navajo master silversmith, Calvin Martinez. This traditional revivalist bracelet features 13 high grade red coral cabochons. Martinez is known for using only the finest of natural stones in his work and this piece truly shows it. Each coral piece resides in extremely fine-etched sawtooth bezels and lay perfectly spaced apart with just 1 millimeter between them. This tiny gap between the stones allow for the dark oxidized silver to show through and add depth, truly making the coral pop. Martinez added more depth and dimension with raised silver droplets that rest between each coral stone running down each side of the cuff. Each silver droplet is perfectly hand poured and of the exact same size. Moving along towards the gap each side of the cuff portrays detailed traditional hand stamped designs that extend from the corals to each end of the cuff. This bracelet is extremely heavy, thick, and solid. It weighs a total of 114 grams! The gap is somewhat small compared to the inner circumference but can be sized to fit the wrist simply by applying pressure to the ends. At its present state the cuff would fit a 6 wrist with out falling off due to the gap being only 1 wide. It would however slide up and down the arm. This cuff would also fit a larger wrist of 7-1/2 but it would need to be adjusted by opening the gap up slightly. So whether you have a small wrist of 6 or a larger wrist of 7 -7.5, this cuff could work for you. Just know that if your wrist is larger then the gap it will need to be widened either by you or a jeweler. The back is polished in style, and bears the hallmark C. MTZ” in an arrowhead which is the Hallmark for “Calvin Martinez. The inside is stamped “sterling” as well. This fantastic museum quality piece hand made by Martinez is sure to not disappoint. The design is simple yet stunningly beautiful with the most beautiful silver work and it doesnt have that overly large gaudy look…. Its a very well thought out solid piece…. Vintage Navajo made sterling silver concho belt necklace. It measure 30 long, and weighs 101.6 grams. Hallmarked “STERLING” on the reverse, as shown in the picture. Great vintage condition, with some silver patina from age. The piece was originally almost black with tarnish, I have cleaned it as best as I could, and it looks great, but there is still some residual tarnish. Vintage Navajo RARE Morenci Turquoise/Sterling Squash Blossom Necklace 179 grams

Morenci Turquoise Squash Blossom Necklace Handcrafted Navajo Treasure. Authentic and Absolutely Beautiful. Total of 17 Morenci Turquoise Cabochons in ornate bezel settings – note the twisted rope handwork and eyelash imprinting on the settings. Crescent Naja has 7 Stunning Cabochons set in Ornate Sterling Bezels – the cabs are wonderfully balanced and complementary. Large Turquoise stones – some 1 in X 1 in and others 1 in X. These are high grade cabs that have been backed for durability. The black portions under the stone (visible in Naja photo) are not some sort of filler. These portions are evidence of a backing epoxy, which is regularly used for higher grade Turquoise, since it is normally found in smaller seams within its host stone. 10 Sterling Squash Blossoms set in double rows of handcrafted sterling beads. Top six inches are single-strand sterling beads. Sides of beaded strand each have 5 Morenci Turquoise cabochons in sterling bezels. This gem was recently discovered in a retired jewelers closet when moving. This unique turquoise is so special because it can no longer be mined. Color of Turquoise is high to light blue in color with an unusual matrix of black pyrite and QUARTZ, which is rare. You can see portions in matrix which look like high polished silver, which is a hallmark of Morenci. These stones are a. Beautiful, beautiful blue that is very hard to capture in photos. Some of the stones actually seem to have a Blinding Glow from within. This is one of the most unique Native American pieces that I have ever laid eyes on… Nothing has been touched or cleaned! It is lovely as is…. One bead has small ding. Because it was in storage for so many years and not worn, the silver doesnt have the patina of those that were worn frequently and exposed. But this does not mean it was polished. No stone damage and any inclusions are natural… Clasp has hook and is well enforced for weight. Weight is 179 g.
