Vintage Navajo Signed Harvey Begay Sterling Silver Fine Turquoise Cuff Bracelet

On offer is an authentic, vintage NAVAJO hand wrought. 925 sterling silver cuff bracelet adorned with hand stamping and a beautiful gem quality southwestern desert sky blue hand-cut and polished rectangle shaped cabochon turquoise stone. This bracelet is hallmarked STERLING, is hallmarked HB for the renowned award winning artist maker Harvey Begay, son of legendary silver master Kenneth Begay. We believe this cuff was created circa 1980’s. This classic cuff bracelet was crafted in the traditional NAVAJO technique with attention to detail and is in very good vintage condition (please see ALL photos for an accurate detailed depiction). The beautiful natural turquoise rectangle shaped cabochon stone is in very good condition with no significant chips or cracks. The turquoise stone is firmly set in a smooth silver bezel surrounded by silver rope on a fancy plaque. The stone measures approx. 3/4″ long x 3/8″ wide and the plaque measures approx. Overall, the bracelet measures approx. 7/8″ tapering to 3/8″ wide. The interior circumference of this fine cuff is approx. 6 1/4″ TOTAL including the 1 3/8″ opening. This cuff has some flexibility for careful adjusting and weighs a hefty 31.6 grams – 1.015 ounce. This very collectible vintage NAVAJO. 925 sterling silver and southwestern turquoise cuff bracelet crafted by the highly skilled award winning silver master Harvey Begay would make an outstanding addition to any Twentieth Century Native American Silver and Stone Jewelry, Southwest American Turquoise or Historic Cultural Arts and Crafts collection.
