HUGE Large Vintage Navajo Native American Sterling Silver Turquoise Inlay Ring

This listing is for a vintage handcrafted Navajo ring, made of sterling silver and turquoise inlays. This vintage Navajo ring is a gorgeous example of flush inlay work using silver channels. The ring face has a geometric shape and is bordered by a straight edge bezel. The large bezel is filled with long rectangular inlays of turquoise separated by wafer thin silver channels. The stones and channels running between them are perfectly flush and smooth to the touch as they sit slightly raised in the bezel. Of the 13 inlays used, 10 feature a light blue color hue with subtle white cloud-like matrixes, while the remaining 3 feature a light green shade along with dark orange to tan matrixes. All 13 stones are in perfect condition with no cracks. Truly a great statement piece in mint condition. The back of the ring carries a thick and sturdy band that splits into three shanks on each side as it nears the back of the face. Deep hand stampings adorn the center shank adding just a touch more detail. The center shank is also stamped with the Artists signature and a sterling stamp on the inner side. The band is in perfect round wearable shape, with no give…. A very well made solid piece. This ring is waiting to be cherished and enjoyed for now…. And of course handed down to loved ones in the future. A lovely addition to any collection of fine Native American jewelry…. Or the perfect piece to start one! Weight – 16 Grams. Face of ring measures – 1-3/16 Tall by 1-1/16 Wide (both measurements taken at the center of the ring face), ring face has a depth/height of 3/16. This listing is for an older vintage Navajo belt buckle made of sterling silver and turquoise. This large handcrafted buckle is in excellent vintage condition featuring a display of tightly bunched stones over a thick bed of oxidized silver. Each stone sits securely in a raised sawtooth bezel that pops off of the dark oxidized face. They have strong vivid shades of green along with heavy black matrixes. Each stone has just the right amount of matrixes to match up perfectly with its neighboring stone. The design is finished with a wide border of deeply hand stamped silver. The swivel belt keeper and hook located on the back is in mint condition with all the parts and pieces being made of sterling silver. A fantastic find for both men and women. Will make an excellent addition to any existing Native American jewelry collection or could be the perfect piece to start one.
