Vintage Zuni Petit Point Sterling and Turquoise Cuff Style Bracelet Navajo
Vintage Zuni sterling silver and turquoise petit point cuff style bracelet. Jones, and marked sterling. In excellent condition, no repairs, all stones intact and secure. Weight is 32 grams, center medallion is 1.75 in x 1.75 in. Like all sterling silver cuff bracelets, warm in your hands for a minute before gentle expanding opening to fit side of your wrist, then rotate. Gentle squeeze to fit wrist. This cuff bracelet has an interior measurement of 6 3/4 to 7.5 inches. The silver is warmed by being held in your hands, then slowly expanded just enough to push it on to the side of your wrist (the narrow part) , turn to correct position and gently squeeze so it fits and is not loose. It measures 1 5/8 inches across the top at the widest point and narrows to 5/8 inch. It weighs 1.7 oz. This bracelet is beautifully made and looks great on. Vintage Native American Turquoise Sterling Silver Cuff Bracelet Signed. An amazing Native American Turquoise sterling cuff. Not sure what it is about it but it feels magical on. There are 3 Turquoise stones that flank each side of the cuff for a total of 6 stones and 1 very large center Turquoise stone gracing the middle. On either side of the cuff there is a coral stone for a total of 2 stones. In very good vintage condition. This sterling cuff is also signed inside. See pictures since they make up an important part of the description. Ive left the patina on the cuff but the new owner can polish to their liking if desired. This cuff will fit an average size wrist. It fits my 6 3/4 – 7 wrist perfectly and has a bit of give to it if your wrist is slightly larger. The opening measures just over 1. This magnificent, huge bracelet is from legendary Native American artist Carlos White Eagle. This is truly a museum quality bracelet, made by one of America’s most famous Native American artists. Carlos White Eagle is a master jeweler. He began making jewelry in the early 1940’s and worked with some of the beast silversmiths of his time. He went on to bring the jewelry of its time to the rich and famous. Carlos White Eagle was known for bold original designs, fine materials and excellent craftsmanship. Beautiful sterling silver bracelet featuring a lovely Bisbee Turquoise centerpiece stone and fantastic silver-work. Inner circumference of bracelet: 5 1/2. Gap opening: 1 1/4. Fully inner circumference of bracelet gap size included: 6 3/4. The bracelet is 2 1/8 tall. The turquoise stone measures approx. 1 3/8″ by 1 1/4″. Signed by artist on the back. There is no purity mark, however it has been tested positive for sterling silver. The condition is excellent with vintage patina! How to Make Sure Your Bracelet Will Fit. The best way to get a good fit is to measure a cuff bracelet you already have that fits you well and look for a bracelet with those dimensions. Be sure that it completes its circumference over your wrist bone and is in comfortable contact with your skin the whole way around.
