Item: Native American Navajo 3-Stone Gem Grade Webbed Turquoise Sterling Silver Bear Bolo Tie. Markings on the piece: None. Stone(s): Rich blue, almost teal color turquoise stones, polished to a shine, with the largest cabochon measuring almost 1″ by 1 1/8″, bezel to bezel (please note that the thickness of the stone impacts the bezel to bezel measurement). Weight: 47.6 grams. Height: Just shy of 2 3/8. Width: About 1 5/8 at its widest. Length: Vintage cord showing moderate to heavy signs of wear depending on the section, measuring roughly 36″ in length including the 1 5/8″ tips – tips are used but in great shape (light patina left untouched). Clasp: Clip style cord grip in good working condition. Additional notes: Large High grade stones. All measurements are approximations. Norman Woody Navajo Silver Horse Pendant on 18 Sterling Silver Chain
This sterling silver horse pendant has been beautifully crafted by Navajo silversmith Norman Woody. It measures 1 3/8″ across and 1 3/4″ tall including the sterling bale loop. The sterling silver chain is 18 long. The necklace weighs 14.10 grams. This pendant necklace is in excellent condition. Most of these pawn shops and trading posts are now closed. The Native American would pawn his jewelry for immediate cash. The shop would hold it and charge interest until he could reclaim it. Dead pawn are the pieces that were never retrieved.
