Blue & Yellow Kingman Turquoise & Sterling Silver Navajo Pearl Beaded Necklace
This handcrafted Kingman turquoise necklace features blue-green natural turquoise rondelle beads paired with yellow turquoise, sterling silver Navajo pearls, and bright sterling silver Bali spacers. The mix of vivid turquoise color, warm yellow gemstone accents, and polished silver creates a classic Southwestern design with a clean, balanced look that can be worn alone as a statement necklace or layered with other silver and turquoise jewelry. The necklace is made with AAA-grade natural Kingman turquoise from the Kingman Turquoise Mine in Arizona, USA. These beads are not dyed, treated, or color enhanced, allowing the natural blue-green tones and character of the stone to stand out. The sterling silver Navajo pearls add depth, texture, and traditional Southwestern styling, while the Bali spacers bring a bright silver contrast throughout the design. Each necklace is strung on strong 49-strand micro-woven stainless steel beading wire with a nylon coating for durability and flexibility. I use high-quality sterling silver Navajo pearls, sterling silver findings, and a large clasp that is easy to hold and open. A 2 extender is included so the necklace can be adjusted and worn at different lengths. Photos are taken in natural outdoor lighting and in a light box. No filters or color enhancements are added to the photos. Bead Size: 6mm turquoise rondelle beads. Gemstones: Natural Kingman turquoise and yellow turquoise. Origin & Metaphysical Properties. Kingman turquoise comes from the historic Kingman Turquoise Mine in Kingman, Arizona, one of the oldest and most recognized turquoise mines in the world. Kingman turquoise is valued for its blue-green to sky-blue color range, natural matrix patterns, and long connection to Southwestern jewelry traditions. The mine is located near ancient Native American trade routes, giving this stone a meaningful place in the history of turquoise jewelry in the American Southwest. Turquoise has long been treasured by Native American artisans and collectors for its color, symbolism, and connection to the desert landscape. It is often associated with peace, protection, serenity, self-confidence, and balance. Sterling silver Navajo pearls are inspired by traditional silver beadwork made by Navajo Diné silversmiths. These silver beads are known for their softly oxidized finish, which adds depth, character, and a timeless Southwestern look. They are often paired with turquoise and other natural gemstones to create classic Native American-inspired jewelry designs.
