Vintage Navajo Sterling Silver Kingman Turquoise Cuff Bracelet

This listing is for a vintage handcrafted Navajo cuff bracelet made of sterling silver and Kingman Turquoise. This beautifully well kept cuff was made by a Navajo Artist, Ted Joe and is in excellent vintage condition. The cuff is made with a wide single shank of solid silver. The outer edges of the cuff face are highly detailed with elaborate hand stampings that run from end to end. A classic twisted rope runs parallel with the hand stampings to box in a stunning row of 13 Kingman stones. Each stone protrudes out of a sawtooth bezel and is accompanied by silver droplets on each side of the cuff. The stones and droplets run from end to end and cover the entire face of the cuff. A small space exists between each stone letting the oxidized silver beneath create a great sense of depth and dimension. The design is executed in such a professional manner creating a stunning piece of work. The stones have a deep and bold sky blue hue with black spotty matrixes running throughout. The front middle stone is the only stone that has a greener hue and its the largest while the rest very slowly taper down in size to each end. They are all in perfect mint condition! Even though this item is vintage and has the desired aged patina, it looks as if it was rarely worn. This is an astonishing vintage Navajo turquoise cluster bracelet. It is very important as it was handmade by one of the most famous cluster artists in history, Larry Moses Begay. This piece is absolutely authentic. The turquoise on this bracelet appears to be from the wonderful blue Carico Lake turquoise mine. The bracelet is 7.0 inches in circumference. It will fit a wrist 6.5 inches around. It is 47mm wide at it’s widest point. The inside diameter is 2.25 inches and the cuff opening is 1.25 inches. The Turquoise is 6mm north to south and 3mm east to west. It is fully hallmarked, has been tested and verified, weighing in at 42.6 grams. There are no problems. This desirable style cuff bracelet contains raised stone inlays from end to end in a cobblestone fashion. The stones have bold contrasting color qualities. The most obvious stone used is turquoise with heavy black spider web matrixes. Mother of pearl and blue lapis is also used to contrast against the green turquoise. Each stone is in great condition with no cracks or inclusions, obviously a very well looked after piece. The silver used to create the cuff is thick and hearty and there is no give at the gap. Its a very solid well made bracelet. The front center edges of the cuff have hand stampings and classic Navajo cutouts to the silver and then continues to the gap sleek and smooth. This listing is for a vintage Navajo cuff bracelet made of sterling silver, turquoise, and coral. This handcrafted Navajo piece has a unique and rare design using clusters of highly polished stones pressed into a thick bed of dark pyrite. The matching ring is listed separately. A heavier gauge silver makes up the cuff as an open framed shank with squared off ends. It was designed to be a simple clean shank, making sure all the attention was directed towards the three beds of stones. Weighing in at over 73 grams, its a solid and sturdy made piece. The three oval beds resting over the front have raised rounded silver edges creating a large bezel. A dark form of pyrite resides inside the three large bezels creating a pillow for the stones. A coral stone sits at the center of each bed and is surrounded with several clusters of turquoise stones. The turquoise stones have bright color hues of greens and blues with dark spiderwebbed matrix while the corals portray a solid opaque red. Each stone is in mint condition with no cracks or inclusions and they are secure within the pyrite. Its larger and wider than most pieces but has a dainty look and feel to it. The back of the cuff is stamped with a sterling mark and the Artists picto signature. A very well made piece with beautiful contrasting stones over pyrite and clean simple silver work. Vintage Navajo Native American Sterling Silver Multi Stone Inlay Cuff Bracelet

This listing is for an amazing vintage cuff bracelet made of sterling silver, lapis, turquoise, and coral by Native American Navajo Artist, Larry Begay. This is such a unique piece with so much going on!! Its a vintage piece from the 90s but has a new and modern design. The shank of this cuff is made with 4 round silver rods, all of which are solid sterling. Half of the cuff is designed with the 4 rods fused together with an additional wide bed of silver fused to the inside. The other half portrays the silver rods evenly spaced apart and forged in a wavy pattern. The spaced out rods eventually come together on the one end with a comfort tip added to the inside. The front middle of the cuff features a large geometric shaped Blue Lapis stone. It sits raised inside a tall straight edge bezel that was perfectly forged together. The seam is nearly invisible. The stone portrays a vivid deep shade of blue with a thin diagonal line of shimmery pyrite. In the photos it may look like a crack but I can assure you this golden line is indeed pyrite! Moving along the side where the rods are forged together you will see a row of several square cut stones. These stones are raised and inlaid against each other. This row of stones actually rest in between the outer silver rods of the cuff. The majority of the inlaid stones consist of the same blue lapis as in the front however Begay added a single turquoise and coral stone to the mix. The turquoise is a blue green hue and loaded with black spiderwebbed matrix, while the coral is a soft red. A fantastic find for any avid collector…. This piece could be worn on a daily basis with its stylish design and appealing colors. The design is intricate with the most beautiful silver work and it doesnt have that overly large gaudy look…. A well thought out solid piece…. This piece will make a great addition to any existing Native American collection and will be passed down for generations. Cherish and enjoy today…. Hand down to loved ones in the future. Weight – 55 Grams. Inner Circumference end to end – 5-3/8. Gap/Opening – just a smidgen under 1-1/8 (NOT ADJUSTABLE). Total size of inner cuff including gap – 6-1/2 perfect for someone with a 6-1/4 wrist or slightly smaller… If you have a 6-1/2 wrist then this cuff will be very tight. Width of cuff – this cuff has several different widths due to its shape….. The side of the cuff with the stone inlay measures 1/2 wide…. The opposite side measures anywhere from 1/2 wide too 1 wide. Center Lapis Stone measures – 7/8 long by 5/8 wide (at widest points), with the setting and stone sitting 1/4 high on top of the cuff. Raised inlay section measures – 2-1/2 long by 5/16 wide, and is raised on top of the cuff at just under 1/8 high. There are 8 lapis inlays along with the turquoise and coral, for a total of 10 stones. Signed by Artist – YES, Navajo Artist, Larry Begay. Stamped Sterling – YES, tested and verified. BEAUTIFUL DOUBLE LINK STERLING SILVER CHARM BRACELET W/ MATCHING EARRINGS DECORATED WITH VINTAGE NATIVE AMERICAN CHARMS AND PENDANTS THAT ARE HIGHLIGHTED WITH ARIZONA BLUE TURQUOISE NUGGETS & STERLING BEADS. THE MATCHING EARRINGS HAVE STERLING FEATHERS WITH TURQUOISE BEADS ON STERLING EAR WIRES. SOME OF MY VINTAGE PENDANTS I USE IN MY JEWELRY HAVE BEEN RESCUED, RE-PURPOSED AND BROUGHT BACK TO LIFE.
