Item: Southwestern Native American Indian Turquoise Sterling Silver Bead Necklace. Markings on the piece: None. Stone(s): High grade turquoise stones – largest stone is about 1 1/8″ tall by 11/16″ wide, bezel to bezel. Height: Center pendant in tandem is 3 1/8″ tall, single pendants are roughly 1 1/2″. Width: All pendants are roughly 1 wide, at their widest. Length: 5/16″ bench bead necklace is just over 19 1/2″ from hook to eye, and beads are strung on thick foxtail chain. Clasp: Hook and figure 8 connector. Additional notes: Turquoise stones are a beautiful rich blue with some light yellow/beige “watermarks” bleeding from the dark brown matrix. Unfortunately the photos did not capture their vibrant colors exactly as they are, and different monitors may have shown them different anyways. Photos show a less complex sky blue tone. All measurements are approximations. Please measure your wrist, decolletage, finger, and waist, or use an old bracelet, necklace, bolo tie, belt, and so on, to determine your size. Large and beautiful turquoise necklace. The cluster pendant is 3 inches in diameter. The side pieces are 4 inches long and the small piece attaching the pendant is 1 1/2 inches. The color of the turquoise in this necklace is spectacular. It is detailed with what appears to be a small rope design or it could be small sterling dots around the pendant and the necklace. Sawtooth bezels hold the turquoise in securely. It is stamped Sterling with the initials JW for Navajo Juliana Williams. It is lightweight enough to be comfortable wearing it all day long.
