Sz8 Harry Morgan Navajo sterling silver long ring w/ nice turquoiser. Tested and guaranteed solid sterling silver with no issues unless some are already stated previously in the description. Size 8 ring Harry Morgan is known for his classic revival style jewelry with its smooth, soft, antique finishes and classic design. He is a fifth-generation silversmith. Born and raised on the Navajo Reservation in Arizona, Harry Morgan began casting jewelry at age seven. His mother Louise inspired him to make jewelry in the old style. The Navajo Tribe offered him a four-year scholarship in engineering, but being a rodeo cowboy was his dream, at the time. He spent most of his life in the Gallup, NM area, and at one point opened a jewelry supply store in Crownpoint, NM. He also operated a smithing studio, and employed many smiths who would also emulate the classic revival style. One of those employed was well-known silversmith Kirk Smith. Many of Harry Morgans stamps were inherited from his parents and uncle, or made by him. Harry Morgan was married to Navajo silversmith Betty Joe, and is the nephew of accomplished silversmiths Charlie Bitsue and Ike Wilson. Brother Henry Morgan is known for his exceptional sandcast pieces. Linda Marble, his sister, was also known for her sandcast pieces. She passed away in 2004. Of his five children, three have taken up silversmithing. Harry Morgan won awards at every major Indian art show, and had an exhibit of his creations at the Heard Museum in 2007, a year before he passed way.

The stones are in excellent condition while resting tight and secure in their bezels. They have incredible shades of deep blue green with heavy reddish brown matrixes. A smooth polished edge borders the sides of the buckle creating a sleek modern design. The swivel belt keeper and hook are in perfect working order. This listing is for a vintage Navajo cuff bracelet, handcrafted with Sterling Silver, Turquoise, and Coral. NOTE: Please view all 21 photos. Last 4 photos show cuff on a 6-1/8 wrist. Additional cuffs pictured are not included with listing. This beautifully kept cuff bracelet features a gorgeous display of alternating turquoise and coral cabs. The 7 stones are lined over two carinated shanks made of heavy gauge sterling silver with a twisted rope running in between. The turquoise stones portray beautiful shades of deep blue green with heavy spiderweb matrixes while the coral has its signature ox-blood red. The stones rest tight and secure while silver droplets sit nestled between them. The shanks are very sturdy with little flex however, adjusting the gap is possible with careful force. There is no signature or sterling stamp, which is common of vintage Navajo jewelry. The silver has been tested and we guarantee it’s purity of. Nice Vintage Navajo Sterling Silver Sand Cast NAJA Pendant Signed AT

This is a hand made solid sterling silver sand cast 2 Naja pendant. It was signed by the artist with the initials AT as shown in the photos. This could either be Andy Thomas or Alvin Thompson, both Navajo artists that do sand cast work and sign in the same manner. This is not the logo for the Atkinson Trading Company. The bale opening is about 7mm wide and will accept most chains. Excellent preowned condition with a nice patina. Such a classic Navajo design! Approximate measurements: Top to bottom including bale: 2″ width: 1 3/8″ Weight 10 gr. Items are enlarged to show detail. I leave patina intact so you can decide to polish or not. Description: Conchos and buckle are hand-stamped, sterling or coin silver with repousse’ work and on a black leather belt. A nice, older concho belt. Tested as being sterling or coin silver. Maker: Most likely Navajo made, but there is no maker’s hallmark (which is common of Native American jewelry made during this era). Age: Vintage (circa 1930s). Size: Conchos measure 2″ wide x 1 5/8″, butterfly’s measure 5/8″w x 1 1/8″. Buckle is 2″ w x 1 3/4″ h. Belt is 44 long overall. Weight is 214.0 g. Condition: Good for its age. Vintage Navajo Native American Turquoise Lapis Inlay Bracelet Ray Tracey NICE

This listing is for a gorgeous vintage Navajo cuff bracelet made from solid thick heavy gauge sterling silver and natural turquoise and lapis inlay. The entire face of this cuff is adorned with several different sized turquoise and laps inlays with wafer thin silver channels in between. The design is simple with clean lines yet intricate with the most vivid colors Ive seen in quite a while. The shape of the cuff starts off at one end very wide and tapers down in width all the way around to the other end where it creates the shape of an arrow, but with a blunt edge at the very end. A classic Navajo design here Ray Tracey. There looks to be at least two different types of turquoise and it could possibly be three. These turquoise inlays are absolutely stunning!! The most eye catching of all is a greenish blue color with dark spiderweb veining and patches of gold pyrite that shimmer in the light. The Lapis inlays are a deep blue and contrast beautifully with the turquoise. Each inlay is in MINT condition with no cracks. This cuff bracelet is by far the most colorful we have collected this year. The silver is thicker and heavier than most inlay pieces and the gap is NOT adjustable….. SO MEASURE YOUR WRIST!! If you have a wrist over 6-1/4 this cuff will be too small for you. A beautifully handcrafted piece by Esteemed Navajo Artist, Ray Tracey Knifewing, that will make a wonderful addition to any Native American jewelry collection. Cherish and enjoy this piece now…. And hand it down to loved ones in the future! Weight – 55 Grams. Inner circumference end to end – 5-3/16. Gap – 1-3/16 (NOT ADJUSTABLE). Total size of cuff including gap – 6-3/8 (perfect for someone with 6-1/4 wrist or smaller). Width – Starting at the larger end the width is 7/8 and it tapers down to 5/8 at the front center, it continues to taper down to the smaller end and widens back out making the shape of an arrow. At its smallest point which is the very end by the gap it measures 3/8 wide. Thickness of silver – 1/8 thick/deep and all solid sterling. Total number of inlays – 27 total stones, with 13 being the blue Lapis and 14 being Turquoise. There are 3 of the turquoise inlays that contain the gold pyrite and they are spaced out evenly over the face of the cuff. Total size of inlay section measures – 5-7/8 long and at the large end of the cuff 5/8 wide and tapering down to 3/16 wide at the smaller end. Stamped sterling – YES, tested and verified.
