Native American Indian turquoise Sterling silver squash blossom bead necklace, unmarked. This gorgeous piece showcases a 7-stone naja and a bead necklace with a total of 10 blossoms. The rich blue stones are set in smooth bezels wrapped in twisted wire and framed by a stamped silver border. The naja is 3 1/8″ tall by 3 3/8″ wide, and the stones are about the same size, roughly 3/4 tall by 5/8 wide. The 1 7/8 tall blossoms have slightly larger stones. The 1/14″ bench bead necklace is 24 5/8″ long from hook to eye. The beads have moderate patina kept as-is. This piece weighs 186.5 grams!! Very nice stones and silver work.
