Vintage 1930’s Navajo Native American Sterling Silver Old Royston Turquoise Ring

This listing features a vintage Navajo handcrafted ring made of coin silver or better and natural turquoise. Handcrafted in the early too early mid century by an unknown Navajo Artist, this vintage ring features a long ring face lined with three old natural Turquoise stones. The stones portray blue-green hues with dark chocolatey too yellowish-orange matrixes and look to be old Royston. The stones rest securely in straight bezels over an oxidized bed of silver creating a beautiful contrast. Classic twisted rope surrounds each stone while hand poured droplets sit nestled between them. The back of the ring carries a sturdy split shank in perfect round shape. A sterling stamp is not present however, a test proves the silver to be coin silver or better. A simple, yet well executed, Navajo design in wonderful condition at nearly 100 years old. Ring Face Measurements – The ring face measures just over 1-1/2″ long by 3/4″ wide. Stone Measurements – The center stone measures 1/2″ by 1/4″ while the top and bottom stones measure 1/2″ by 3/8″. The stones sit on top of the ring face at 1/4 high. Signed by Artist – NO, common of pre 60’s era. Stamped Sterling – NO, tested and verified. 900 coin silver or better. Early-Mid Century, 1930’s+. Condition – Preowned, in excellent vintage condition with original stone and naturally aged dark patina, ready to wear or display. I treat every item as if it were my own.
