This listing features a vintage Navajo modernist ring handcrafted from Sterling Silver and Turquoise. Handcrafted in the later-mid century, this vintage ring features a unique modernist design. A carefully square cut turquoise stone is the focal point while sharp edges and contrasting lines make up an unusual silver shank. The stone portrays bright Caribbean blue color that transitions to green in one corner. A tall bezel wraps around the stone and sits on top of a silver rod that pushes up from the center of the shank. Just below the stone, on each side, are raised walls of silver coming up from the shank adding support. Deep valleys rest along each side of the shank before making a 45 degree downward bend. There are six 45 degree bends along the outer shank making it a 6 sided hexagon. The inner shank is round and very comfortable when worn on the correct sized finger. The ring is extremely solid and was made at the highest level of craftsmanship. While the silver has been tested and proves to be sterling, a sterling stamp resides along the inner shank. A well crafted Navajo piece in excellent condition. Enjoy this Navajo ring before handing it down to a loved one in the future. Weight – 13 Grams.
