This listing features a vintage Navajo statement ring. The ring was handcrafted by Navajo Artist Ida McCray with Sterling Silver and High Grade Royston Turquoise. This vintage Navajo ring features a large ring face at nearly 2-1/2 long, with a high grade Royston stone surrounded by intricate silver works. The stone portrays soft green color hues with yellowish orange swirling matrixes and a high polished finish. Twisted rope surrounds the stone followed by a wide scalloped border adorned with hand stampings. The large stone and detailed silver work make for a big and beautiful display. The stone is in excellent condition and sits securely in a straight bezel, showing no signs of cracking or chipping. The band is made up of three fused shanks of heavy gauge silver that split just before reaching the back of the face. The Artist’s signature is present along with a sterling stamp on the back of the face. A test was also performed and the silver tested positive for sterling. A well crafted Navajo piece in excellent vintage condition. Enjoy this Navajo ring before handing it down to a loved one in the future. Weight – 15 Grams.
