This listing features a vintage Navajo handcrafted ring made of Sterling Silver and natural Kingman Turquoise Nuggets. Size – Sits between 6.5 and 6.75 on a ring mandrel. Weight – 8 Grams. Ring Face Measurements – The ring face measures 1-3/8″ long by just over 1/2″ wide, and sits on top of the finger at 3/8 high. Stone Measurements – Each stone measures just under 1/2″ by 3/8″ and sit on top of the ring face 1/4 high. Shank Measurements – At bottom center the shank measures 3/16 wide. Signed by Artist – NO. Stamped Sterling – NO, tested and verified. 925 sterling silver guaranteed. Later-Mid Century, 1970’s+. Condition – Preowned, in excellent vintage condition with original stones and slightly aged patina, ready to wear or display. Handcrafted during the later mid century by an unknown Navajo Artist, this vintage ring features a long face adorning two natural Kingman Turquoise Nuggets. The stones are completely natural with a satin polished finish giving the design an organic look. They portray incredible color qualities of the brightest blue along with heavy black spiderwebbed matrixes. The stones bulge out of their sawtooth bezels giving the ring great contrast and texture. Twisted rope surrounds each stone while silver droplets and a detailed leaf overlay sits between them. Truly a beautiful handcrafted ring. The shank is wide, sturdy, and in perfect round shape as it splits before reaching the back of the face. There is no sterling stamp or signature, however the silver has been tested and proves to be sterling. This vintage ring will make a great addition to any collection of fine Native American Jewelry.
