This listing features a vintage Navajo handcrafted belt buckle made of solid Sterling Silver and Gem Grade Spiderweb Turquoise. Size – 3-1/4″ wide by 2-1/4″ tall. Weight – 58 Grams. Belt Keeper Measurements – Inner width of belt keeper measures just a hair over 1-1/2.. Buckle will accommodate a belt up to 1-1/2 wide. Stone Measurements – The 4 stones each measure about 1/2″ long and range in width from 3/8″ too 1/4. Signed by Artist – No. Stamped Sterling – No, tested and verified. 925 sterling silver, guaranteed. Later-Mid Century, 1970’s+. Condition – Preowned, in excellent vintage condition with original stones and naturally aged patina, ready to wear or display. Handcrafted in the later-mid century, this Navajo crafted belt buckle has a simple square design and features 4 high polished turquoise stones. The stones are deep blue green with heavy black spiderweb matrixes running throughout. The stones are in excellent condition with no cracks or chipping and sit securely in straight edge bezels. Hand poured silver droplets rest between each stone as they travel over the buckle in a horizontal fashion. Deep hand stampings cover the silver around the stones including a tightly stamped edge. The belt keeper and hook are in good condition and in perfect working order. This item has been tested and proves to be sterling silver. Great for daily wear and perfect for today’s trending bohemian styles. This buckle is waiting to be enjoyed for now…. And handed down to loved ones in the future.
